Torah Bright is a professional snowboarder from Australia. She has been competing professionally since 2001, and has won four Winter X-Games medals, as well as a slew of other awards and accolades. She has represented Australia at both the 2006 and 2010 Winter Olympic Games.Torah is coached by her older brother Ben.
Career Highlights:
Well known on the women's snowboard tour, Torah Bright has won four Winter X-Games medals in the halfpipe - two Gold and two Silver - as well as the 2007 TTR Championship and the 2007 World Superpipe Championship. In February of 2010, Bright was honored as the flag bearer for the Australian delegation at the Winter Olympics in Vancouver, where she went on to win the Gold medal in the Women's Halfpipe competition. |
